Corrections
Accuracy matters at American Field Press. A useful correction request identifies something specific and gives us a way to check it.
What to provide
Include the article title, page address, the statement in question and your proposed correction. Add reliable public evidence, dates and location details where possible. Explain your connection to the subject.
How requests are considered
We assess the evidence and the original context. A disagreement with an opinion or an unfavorable but accurate report is not by itself a factual error. Material corrections should explain what changed; newer developments may instead require an update.
